DAY 01 : GHYto Shillong : 130 KM / 03.30 Hours
Welcome on arrival in Guwahati Airport/Station and drive to Shillong. En route witness the Umiam Lake or Barapani –
is the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya in the midst of sylvan hills adorned by Khasi pines & peerless beauty.
If time permits, visit the Cathedral of Mary and Ward’s Lake. Evening free at leisure to explore the region on your own.
You may take a walk to the famous Police Bazaar for shopping. Overnight in Shillong.
Day 02: Shillong – CHERRAPUNJEE – Shillong
After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place on the earth, for an awesome day trip. En route visit the
famous Elephant Falls. At Sohra, stop at the Duwan Sing Syiem viewpoint for mesmerizing views of the Hills.
In Cherrapunjee be witness to the gorgeous Seven Sisters (Nohsngithiang) Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later take a
soft cave walk inside the Mawsmai Cave. The limestone cave is a natural wonder with innumerable formations inside
it. Also visit the Dainthlen falls. Overnight stay at Shillong
Note: Most of the waterfalls are dry during the winter season.
DAY 03: Shillong – MWALLYNONG – Shillong : IOOKM / 03.00 Hours(One-way)
After breakfast drive to Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia, also known as ‘God’s own Garden’. With over 80
households, the village gives the ambiance of walking in a well-maintained park ! Climb the 80 ft Sky Walk at
Mawlynnong village for a bird’s eye view of the Village, the plantations and faraway plains of Bangladesh. You will
also be acquainted with the Khasi lifestyle, their culture and economy.
DAY 04: Shillong to KAZIRANGA : 260 KM / 0600 Hours After breakfast, transfer to
Kaziranga National Park.
Check in to the Resort & free for personal activities. Overnight Stay @ Kaziranga
DAY 05: KAZIRANGA : Full Da
After breakfast proceed for Jeep safari in the Central Range (Preferably).
With Kohora as the entry point, the Central Range covers Daphlang and
Kathpora . Later enjoy the Local Village & Tea Garden (Outer View) tour.
Overnight at Kaziranga.
Note : Elephant Safari is not permissible in Oct 2022
DAY 06: Kaziranga to Guwahati & Drop : 192 KM / 4.30 Hours
After breakfast proceed for Guwahati. Guest can also go for the
Brahmaputra River Cruise (Own Cost) in the evening. (If time permits).
Overnight Stay @ Guwahati.
DAY 07: Guwahati Airport / Railway Station Drop.
After breakfast check out from hotel. As time permits we may take a tour
of the Kamakhya Temple and other Temples in
Guwahati namely Purva Tirupati Shri Balaji Temple, Sukreswar Temple,
Navagraha Temple, Umananda Temple at the
Peacock Island which is the smallest inhabited River Island in the World,
Assam State Museum, Dighali Pukhuri (Lake), State Zoo cum Botanical
Garden, Planetarium and the Assam State Emporiums. With everlasting
memories transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for onward
journey with TRAVELLERS ESCAPE, drop to Cochin Airport/Railway station.

- Elephant Safari – Please note Elephant safari is on per seat basis and not individual hiring Jeep Safari -1 jeep accommodates 6 persons and can be hired individually For pre[1]booked Safari with us :
- Counter for Safari tickets open at 5:30 pm and tickets are issued only for the next day. We cannot pre-purchase safari tickets. Tickets are issued as per Forest Department rules.
- Safari is managed by our representative in the region who would provide details in the evening at about 7:30 – 8:00 pm and provide all required information.
- Kindly inform the guest not to re-book safari (if we have already confirmed in our voucher) in the hotel/ resort of their stay.
- No refunds will be entertained for such booking.
- We cannot guarantee Elephant Safari and it is subject to availability. Optional Jeep Safari will be provided if Elephant Safari tickets is not available We are not responsible for cancellation of safari.
